Our acquisition of North Star Homes in Boise, Idaho provides a great opportunity for the company and our valued shareholders. North Star Homes has a long history in the real estate business creating homes and communities of uncompromising quality in the Boise Idaho area.
Our Company is making great progress for the year 2020. Although 2020 has presented a challenge with the Covid pandemic, we are nonetheless thriving as a business and continuing to build quality homes in the greater Boise area. Thus far in 2020 we have built and sold 21 homes exceeding our 2019 home sales and giving the company impressive growth for the year thus far. We currently have 8 homes under construction and expect these to be on the market soon. We are constantly searching for and acquiring new lots in anticipation of future building projects. We expect to end the year with a strong 3rd and 4th quarter and are positioning the company for an even greater 2021. We anticipate more substantial inventory acquisitions in the future and will make appropriate announcements as that may happen.
We are also working with our accountants to complete the 6/30/2020 annual Disclosure Reports and Financial Statements to be uploaded to OTCMARKETS.COM as soon as they are available.
2021 Year ahead: We will soon begin development of a new 11 lot infill plat in west Boise with homes starting in the low $400,000.00’s and expect construction of the homes to begin in the spring of 2021. We also have just finalized a very exciting contract to develop a 25 lot plat in west Meridian, Idaho, one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. We plan to develop this plat over the winter and start building homes there in late Spring. Those homes will range in price from $450,000.00 to $500,000.00.
